What a time we had at our recent family reunion. Twelve brothers, sisters, and spouses stayed at this beautiful home only 1 lot from the beach. With a heated pool, super-hot Jacuzzi, and ocean view we had little more to ask for.

The 9 Royal Tern home included all the required amenities plus a few additional pluses. Beach chairs, pool toys, and plentiful storage were available. We utilized the local Cyber Gourmet catering web service and had all of our paper products, as well as a cold keg of beer, delivered to the home prior to our arrival. All we had to do for the first night's meal was to call for a pizza. Yummm. 9 Royal Tern location is superb. It is probably less than 200 yards from the beach. You can hear the waves crashing from the deck and you also get a nice view of the water from the deck. It is only a short 1 mile or so from the Salty Dog Café, a local eatery offering lots of fun entertainment. Bike trails are all over the place, and beach access is just to the left or right of the property. The deck grill was great and had plenty of room for all our outdoor cooking needs. Plenty of pots and pans were available, as well as all other cookware and serving ware.

This was our second visit to 9 Royal Tern and it won't be our last. We are ready to book again next year. If you want a comfortable home, close proximity to the beach and entertainment, you won't go wrong with the 9 Royal Tern home.

We have been vacationing on the island for twenty-five years...this is by far our favorite house yet. It is located near the beach...in fact you can see the beach from the porch. The layout of the house is perfect for large families. There are lots of beds and bathrooms. The decor is calm,serene and beautiful. It's perfect!!!

This is the second year we have stayed at 9 Royal Tern with our extended family of 16. Everyone enjoys the house layout and the recent refurbishment was appreciated. The staff at Destination Vacation was very accommodating throughout the process. We enjoy the closeness to South Beach as well as this area of the beach. We used the bike paths a lot.
